Director and fine artist, Jess Holzworth’s work may most simply be described as “Folk Metal.” It is a visual study on rebellion. Holzworth creates a mythical punk aesthetic and a magical vision. Viewing her work is like having a primordial encounter, where freedom, censorship and humor exist outside of convention. Jess has directed music videos for Beck, his single “Gamma Ray”, Basement Jaxx's, "Raindrops", Imaad Wasif's, "Redeemer" and most recently, The Slits, "Lazy Slam.” She has collaborated with brands like Zucca, Globe, and Volcom.

Jess lives and works in Los Angeles.
