JAKE STANGEL - BIKING THROUGH NORWAY

Jake Stangel recently completed a five-day cycling trip from Tromsø to Harstad, near the Lofoten Island in Norway. The journey was as cold as it is scenic and took Jake and his crew across "dark and craggy mountaintops to the homey, desolate foothills, the lands seeming to roll into infinity." Subsisting on a limited diet of bread, Sørlands chips, Nøkkel cheese, and bananas, they "rode around, humbled, camping each night along the way."
