COLLIN ERIE'S "COMPTON COWBOYS" ON VIEW AT BOOTH WESTERN ART MUSEUM FROM FEB 13 THROUGH JULY 11

We're thrilled to announce that images from Collin's series "Compton Cowboys" are part of "Vaquero Legacies & Diverse Descendants," an exhibition at the Booth Western Art Museum in Cartersville, GA, featuring contemporary photographers who explore North America's cowboy and ranching cultures.

"The vaquero, a Spanish word for cowboy, can be traced back to the early horsemen who brought their craft and traditions to the Americas from Spain in 1687. Since then, cowboy culture can be found from the east to the west coast of the United States, and even in Hawai'i. This exhibition is a celebration of these diverse descendants, spanning ranching to rodeos and everything in between," notes the press release.
