TODD COLE INTERVIEWED BY SHOUTOUT LA

The online magazine Shoutout LA recently interviewed Todd about his career, the artist he thinks deserves a shout out, and the topic below—where'd he'd take a friend visiting from out of town.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take them for a day of art. We would start with brunch at Manuela’s at Hauser and Wirth. After a delicious meal, we would walk through the gallery and then head over to Hennessy and Ingall’s to buy a few art books. Then trip over to the Geffen Contemporary. After that we would head west to The Underground Museum, a totally unique and inspiring art space founded by Noah Davis. Then maybe some mezcal at Guelaguetza Restaurant. And then back to Hollywood, my neighborhood, and dinner at the bar at Gigi’s. We would finish the night with a movie at the New Beverly.
