JONPAUL DOUGLASS WHIPS UP TASTY THANKSGIVING CONTENT FOR UNITED AIRLINES

Not only can Giant's artists beautifully execute on an existing creative brief, they can also dream up original content for just about any platform. Case in point: For Thanksgiving, United Airlines reached out to us for content that played off of Norman Rockwell’s painting Freedom From Want. They were picturing a plane in place of a turkey and possibly weaving in Thanksgiving decorations and puns.

Jonpaul Douglass rose to the occasion with clever gifs and stills that built on those ideas. He’s got a United plane landing on a table and familiar dinner-table accoutrements standing in for airport items—like bread rolls representing stacked luggage on a cart and salt and pepper shakers acting as air-traffic control towers.
