"This was a 21-day shoot, with no breaks, so experience and the ability to problem-solve in the moment were key. The project was approved only four days before I was meant to begin, and it involved shooting in London, Chiang Mai/Bangkok, New York City, Miami, and Rio De Janeiro. The tightly packed schedule didn’t allow for tech scouts, and we had to cast for the next city from our current city and create shot lists and schedules on the fly."

"One of the core tenets of my working style is to prioritize casting and assemble a crew of talent who have charisma, who you can root for, and who don’t have an 'on/off switch.' I will often arrange our talent options in grids to make sure groups feel holistic, couples feel real, and individuals are folks you’d want to hang out with at a party."
